Description
Taken in Redwood City, California, from the "flight deck" of one of the buildings in the campus where I work during break I treated myself to. I work the graveyard shift, and since I usually do it solo, I rarely bother with breaks except for coffee to keep me awake and bathroom to keep me from exploding!
I was especially delighted by the incredible glow of the traffic lights. The water you see there is an extension of the Bay, an estuary of sorts. I am surprised at how good (in my opinion) this came out- especially considering that I wasn't using the filter I wanted to use!

Awesome balance between the sky and ground-based stuffages. I like the contrast of night's lights versus the dark versus the brightening sky.
